Seven steps to buy with confidence

1. Watch consultation

   Understand your taste — find a watch that truly fits you

   You can share:

   • Brand and reference
   • Photos, screenshots or page links
   • Budget range
   • Year and condition preference
   • Full set or watch-only
   • Other preferences

   We'll give an initial analysis and buying advice. Even without a full reference, photos or screenshots are enough for us to help identify the model and clarify your needs.

2. Global sourcing

   Find suitable stock of the same model via our global network

   Alex searches our own inventory, global partners and specialist channels against your brand, reference, year, budget and condition needs.

   We compare year, accessories, appearance, price and source reliability — then share details and a quote reference.

3. Confirm order

   Confirm watch details, price and terms

   Once a suitable piece is found, we provide:

   • Photos of the actual piece
   • Year and reference details
   • Accessories status
   • Appearance and overall condition
   • Price and expected delivery plan

   After you confirm details and terms, a deposit locks the order. Typically about 10% of the watch price — the exact ratio depends on brand, model, price and source requirements, and is explained clearly before you order.

4. Professional inspection

   Inspection first — handover only after checks are done

   On arrival, our professional team inspects the piece against pre-order information, including:

   • Authenticity
   • Appearance
   • Movement condition
   • Timekeeping
   • Function tests
   • Accessories and paperwork check
   • Stolen / lost record check
   • Water resistance test (subject to year, construction and condition)

   No handover until inspection is complete.

5. Transaction protection

   If the piece differs from agreed terms, we resolve it before handover

   If inspection is clear, we notify you and arrange maintenance or handover next.

   If condition differs from pre-order information or agreed terms, we explain the findings clearly and propose options — including sourcing a replacement when needed.

   We care about more than closing a deal — you should understand the watch fully, then collect with confidence.

6. Pre-delivery care & warranty

   Optional care · up to 12 months warranty

   Depending on the watch and your needs, you may choose pre-delivery care or movement servicing, which can include:

   • Basic movement check
   • Oil service and regulation
   • Gasket replacement
   • Cleaning and basic finishing
   • Other suitable care recommendations

   Services are quoted based on the watch's actual condition and explained before work begins.

   Without pre-delivery care 3-month warranty

   From the handover date

   With selected care service 12-month warranty

   From the handover date

   If no care service is needed, handover can follow inspection. Warranty coverage depends on the watch and services performed. Normal wear, cosmetic damage, misuse and improper handling are generally excluded. Full terms are explained before handover.

7. Exclusive handover

   Confirm the watch in person — then collect with confidence

   After final confirmation, we arrange an exclusive handover. In person, you can re-check appearance, functions, accessories and overall condition, settle the balance, and receive warranty details.

   Handover options:

   • Designated Tsim Sha Tsui location
   • Other locations as arranged

   Once handed over, the watch becomes part of your collection.
